"Payment Collection"

I have been waiting since the 30th of june for someone to collect my payment. then on the 11th of july some-one turns up out of the blue to collect my payment. I asked them to call on Friday the 14th of July I waited all day no-one came. I re-arranged the collection for Monday the 17th am NO-ONE came waited all day still no-one came if not collected am tomorrow then it will go into the bank and they can wait on me. I am a disabled person and normally go shopping in town Mondays so will go Tuesday afternoon.
